MEET OUR FOUNDER
Entrepreneur, author, DEI educator, social justice advocate, and motivational speaker
Tracy Nicole Stokes, M.Ed., AKA known as “TraSpeaks,” is an educator, coach, author, and speaker passionate about creating authentic and inclusive spaces for others to achieve their dreams. She assists clients with leaning into self-discovery through reflection, journaling, and becoming published authors. Her signature phrase, “Your story has the power to break barriers and inspire others to hope,” is her life mantra.
She is the curator of many successful and inspirational projects, including:
1. The More Than a Single Story (MTSS) writing collaborative teaches clients to package their expertise and become published authors.
2. She FIRE Circle Events- Helping women to connect, inspire, and empower each other as professionals and entrepreneurs.
3. Young P.E.A.R.L.S.- Mentoring Program for youth ages 11-21 assisting them with creating a pathway to a successful and purpose-driven life focusing on community service, self-care, and mentorship.
